Your Phone Manager only processes information needed to sign in securely and manage your organisation’s call forwarding.

Information used by the app

• Your business email address and account identifier for authentication.
• Incoming business numbers, saved destinations and active forwarding routes.
• Security and technical logs needed to prevent misuse and resolve faults.
• A notification subscription only when you enable call notifications.

Purpose and sharing

This information is used for app functionality, account security and support. Your Phone Manager does not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking and does not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion through AFB Communications. Some business and security records may have to be retained for contractual or legal obligations.
